From July 6th (Tuesday) 2021, Aoba Clinic will begin to administer and innoculate patients with the COVID-19 vaccines at the clinic.
Due to the limited supply and high demand, we are currently prioritizing patients with underlying health conditions who have received vaccination coupons recieved by the Meguro-ku ward and consider/use Aoba-Clinic as their "home doctors".
Those who do not meet these three criteria will be placed on the waiting list for the vaccines.

We also accept reservations at the front-desk, however to avoid unnecessary congregations at the clinic in consideration for others safety, we ask that you make reservations via phone.

※To avoid any disruption for regular examinations, the clinic is instating a designated time frame for patients to reserve the COVID vaccinet.
Tuesday ～ Friday：11:00 ～12:00 ・15:00 ～16:00（Excludes Wednesday, Sunday and Japanese holidays）
Monday・Saturday：Not Accepting Any Reservations
※Patients can reserve the vaccines for only the current week and the following week.
※ The first and second dose must be innoculated at the same location, three weeks apart from each dose. Reservations will be automatically made for the second dose exactly three weeks from the first dose.（The Clinic will be using the Pfizer Vaccine)

※ If you are not at the clinic in the designated time frame, we may have to postpone or cancel your vaccination.

Aoba Clinic will be closed for summer break from August 8th to August 15th.
For those scheduling/scheduled to vaccinate from 7/18 to 7/25 will recieve their second dose exactly four weeks after the first dose instead of three.
We ask you to acknowledge the change, before making a reservation.
Cancelation・Switiching Dates is highly discouraged and not tolerated.
If you are not feeling well close to the vaccination date, we will accept switching your vaccination date. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible.

※ From 7/27 to 8/21 we will only be vaccinating patients for their second dose. We will not accept reservations for people seeking their first dose.
☆For First Dose Vaccination on 8/24 reservations will begin 8/16 from 10:00 am.
To receive the COVID-19 Vaccine, you must have the vaccine coupon issued by the Japanese government. The COVID vaccine coupons are sent from the ward you currently live in.

Coupons sent from 6/5/2021 (Fri.) : pre-regisetered with having underlying medical conditions, and employees working at elderly care homes
Coupons sent from 6/25/2021 (Fri.) : people 60 ~ 64 years old.
Coupons sent from 7/2/2021 (Fri.) : people 50 ~ 59 years old.
Coupons sent from 7/5/2021 (Mon.) : people 12 ~ 49 years old (Originally scheduled for 7/9/2021)
